California Transparency in Supply Chains Act

Commitment

ETHNIK LIVING is dedicated to eliminating all forms of forced labor, including modern slavery and human trafficking, throughout its operations and supply chain activities. We uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy toward modern slavery and will neither engage in nor continue business relationships with any third-party organization that knowingly supports or is found to participate in slavery, servitude, or forced and compulsory labor. Furthermore, we will not knowingly collaborate or conduct business, directly or indirectly, with any entity involved in such practices. This statement is issued in accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act and describes the measures ETHNIK LIVING has implemented to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within its operations and supply chains.

Definitions

ETHNIK LIVING acknowledges that modern slavery may take many forms of exploitation, including human trafficking, forced labor involving physical or psychological coercion, situations where individuals are controlled through abuse or threats, the dehumanization or commodification of people, and restrictions on personal freedom and movement.

Supply Chain

ETHNIK LIVING works with a diverse network of suppliers that provide goods, products, services, and operational support. We recognize that the risk of modern slavery may exist throughout various stages of the supply chain, particularly in industries or regions considered high risk.

To address and minimize these risks, ETHNIK LIVING implements supplier screening and due diligence procedures during onboarding, requires suppliers to comply with ethical labor and employment standards through contractual obligations, and conducts audits and assessments of both facilities and business partners.

Suppliers that fail to meet these standards or decline to participate in due diligence and compliance measures may be subject to corrective actions, including the potential termination of current and future business relationships.

Due Diligence and Risk Management

ETHNIK LIVING integrates modern slavery risk management into its procurement and supplier oversight practices to strengthen ethical compliance across operations and supply chains. As part of this approach, our due diligence framework incorporates governance and policy evaluations, assessments of supplier labor practices, reviews of recruitment and hiring procedures through compliance monitoring, and mechanisms designed to capture worker feedback.

We also assess concerns or issues identified through employees, business partners, or independent audits and implement corrective measures where necessary to address potential risks and improve compliance.

Incident Response

ETHNIK LIVING acknowledges that modern slavery remains a global issue and may occur even within well-managed supply chains. Nevertheless, we remain committed to transparency and to taking appropriate action should any concerns or confirmed cases arise.

Where instances of suspected or confirmed modern slavery are identified, ETHNIK LIVING may undertake measures including immediate escalation and investigation of the matter, implementation of remediation efforts in collaboration with affected workers, reporting to the appropriate authorities, and disclosure of relevant information in future public statements or reports.

Employee Training

ETHNIK LIVING believes that raising awareness and equipping employees with the necessary knowledge is essential to preventing modern slavery and promoting ethical business practices. As part of our ongoing commitment, we provide mandatory training programs for employees, ensure access to current modern slavery policies, and communicate the standards of conduct and business practices expected across the organization.

Policies and Governance

ETHNIK LIVING has implemented a range of internal policies designed to prevent modern slavery and promote ethical labor practices throughout its operations and supply chain. These policies include an Agency Due Diligence Policy, which establishes standards for engaging third-party staffing, manufacturing, and service providers; a Forced Labor Prohibition Policy, which strictly prohibits forced, bonded, and child labor; and a Whistleblowing Policy, which encourages employees to report concerns or misconduct, including issues related to modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced or child labor.

In addition, ETHNIK LIVING maintains a Supplier Code of Conduct that reflects a zero-tolerance approach toward forced and child labor, restrictions on workers’ freedom of movement, unfair compensation practices, excessive working hours, and the confiscation of employees’ original identification documents.

Stakeholder Engagement

ETHNIK LIVING recognizes that addressing modern slavery effectively requires ongoing collaboration and collective action. We are committed to continuing our engagement with industry peers, non-governmental organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen responsible business practices across our supply chains.

As part of these efforts, we aim to expand worker engagement initiatives, particularly within higher-risk supply chains, support relevant multi-stakeholder programs and industry initiatives, and identify, share, and adopt best practices that contribute to the prevention of modern slavery and the protection of workers’ rights.

Future

ETHNIK LIVING will continue to strengthen its procedures and controls to identify, prevent, and mitigate the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking across both existing and prospective suppliers. We remain committed to continuous improvement and to further developing and enhancing our approach over time.
